Lisa Rinna back in January of 2005 arriving for the SOAPnet 5th Anniversary Party at Bliss Restaurant and Nightclub in Los Angeles. She looked great in this emerald green satin dress. Her hair was a little longer, flared out at the ends with full bangs and some highlights.
