Lisa Rinna at 2007 Primetime Emmy’s

Lisa Rinna in September of 2007 arriving for the 59th Primetime EMMY Awards TV Guide After Party in Hollywood. This is one of our favorite dresses on her. She wore this elegant navy blue low cut dress. It was the lapels were ornate with rhinestones and it was rimmed with them too. Her hairstyle was equally elegant, although simple. She had a few highlights and the back was slightly flipped out. She is beautiful!
