Lisa Rinna back in September of 2007 arriving for the 59th Annual Primetime EMMY Awards at Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. She looked super sexy in this white strapless dress. Her hair was really light with all these blonde highlights. Her hair was short, flipped out a little on the side with a lot of volume on the top. She wore bangs – we love Lisa!
